Handle team of agents for International process ( voice / blended )
Minimum 4 years experience in International BPO with one year as Team lead
Excellent English communication skills
Sound knowledge of team lead duties as shrinkage control, reduced attrition, building team morale
Willing for rotational night shifts
ONLY MUMBAI candidates ( NO RELOCATION )
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
