Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and creative candidate who can manage our company’s online presence and handle marketplace enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Handle customer enquiries from IndiaMART and TradeIndia
- Upload product photos, specifications, and descriptions on Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, and TradeIndia
- Maintain and update product listings regularly
- Respond to customer queries and generate leads from online platforms
- Coordinate with the internal team for product information and updates
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of social media handling
- Experience with IndiaMART / TradeIndia enquiry management preferred
- Basic understanding of product listing on Amazon / Flipkart
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet)
