Plan, implement, and monitor livelihood promotion and capacity-building initiatives for rural and urban communities.
Conduct livelihood assessments, identify opportunities, and develop sustainable livelihood strategies.
Design and strengthen value chain interventions for agriculture, allied sectors, and non-farm enterprises.
Facilitate community mobilization and engagement with Self-Help Groups (SHGs), Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), community institutions, and other stakeholder groups.
Develop and deliver training modules, workshops, and awareness programs for beneficiaries and implementing agencies.
Coordinate with Government departments, NGOs, financial institutions, private sector organizations, and other stakeholders for effective implementation of livelihood programs.
Support preparation of project proposals, implementation plans, progress reports, case studies, and other project documentation.
Monitor project activities, evaluate outcomes, and recommend improvements for enhanced program effectiveness.
Promote entrepreneurship, skill development, market linkages, and income-generation opportunities for target communities.
Ensure compliance with project objectives, Government guidelines, and reporting requirements.
Prepare MIS reports, presentations, and documentation related to project progress and impact assessment.
