Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Explain property details, pricing, and investment benefits
- Conduct site visits and client meetings
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain customer database and sales reports
- Coordinate with the marketing and management team
Requirements:
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales
- Confident personality with professional behavior
- Ability to work on sales targets
- Experience in sales/real estate is preferred
- Must know basic computer and social media handling
