Job Summary
Vortexen Dynamics Industrial Solutions is looking for an experienced Sales & Sourcing Agent for our Kochi office to handle UAE market-related sourcing, procurement, tendering, EPC coordination, supplier communication, and business opportunity generation remotely from India.
The candidate must have experience in sourcing, procurement, tendering, EPC coordination, oil and gas supplier handling, industrial product sales, or UAE / GCC market-related business development.
This is a revenue-focused role. The selected candidate will support Vortexen Abu Dhabi and Dubai by identifying opportunities, contacting UAE clients and suppliers, sourcing products, collecting quotations, preparing comparison sheets, supporting tenders, and developing OEM representation opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify UAE government, semi-government, non-government, and EPC business opportunities.
- Search and track tender / RFQ opportunities related to industrial products, technical services, fire & safety, passive fire protection, coating, oil & gas, and general trading.
- Contact EPC contractors, MEP contractors, procurement teams, suppliers, OEMs, manufacturers, and subcontractors.
- Source products and services from UAE, India, China, Saudi Arabia, Europe, and other markets.
- Collect quotations, product catalogues, datasheets, certificates, warranty details, delivery timelines, and payment terms.
- Prepare supplier comparison sheets and support management in supplier selection.
- Support Vortexen UAE team in quotation preparation, tender submissions, and client follow-ups.
- Identify OEMs and foreign companies interested in UAE / Middle East representation.
- Promote Vortexen’s registered / prequalified OEM products to UAE clients and EPC companies.
- Support ADNOC, government, EPC, and client prequalification opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments including procurement, sales, accounts, prequalification, estimation, and UAE operations.
- Maintain CRM, supplier database, tender tracker, and daily work reports.
- Follow up leads, suppliers, quotations, and business opportunities until closure.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, tendering, EPC coordination, industrial sales, supplier handling, or UAE / GCC business support.
- Experience in oil & gas, EPC, MEP, construction, fire & safety, industrial products, coating, passive fire protection, or general trading will be preferred.
- Good English communication is mandatory.
- Ability to speak professionally with UAE clients, EPC companies, OEMs, and suppliers.
- Strong internet research, LinkedIn research, email drafting, and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to prepare quotation comparison sheets.
- Basic understanding of tender documents, RFQs, product datasheets, and supplier quotations.
- Must be target-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under deadlines.
- UAE / GCC market experience will be an added advantage.

Daily Work Expectations
The candidate will be expected to:
- Contact UAE clients, suppliers, EPCs, and OEMs daily.
- Search new business opportunities and tenders.
- Request and follow up quotations.
- Update CRM / trackers before end of day.
- Submit daily work report.
- Create qualified business opportunities for Vortexen.
- Support revenue generation from Kochi office.
