About the Role
This role is primarily focused on Talent Acquisition along with supporting daily HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hiring top technolog¯y talent while supporting employee lifecycle activities, HR operations, and employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles.
- Partner with leads to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews to assess technical fit, behavioral competencies, and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate technical interviews and ensure timely feedback.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage offer negotiations, offer rollouts, and pre-joining engagement.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment KPIs including time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratio.
- Support employer branding initiatives, social media hiring campaigns, referral programs, and campus hiring.
HR Operations
- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS data.
- Support attendance, leave management, and payroll input coordination.
- Assist in employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs.
- Coordinate probation reviews, confirmation processes, and exit formalities.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and company procedures.
- Address employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support.
- Assist in implementing performance management and learning & development initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards as required.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2 – 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with exposure to HR Generalist functions.
- Prior experience in an IT company or startup is highly preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in technical recruitment and sourcing.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, and ATS platforms.
- Good understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring practices.
- Knowledge of HR operations, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and HR documentation.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
