About the Role
Warrgyiz Morsch Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life through compelling visual designs and engaging digital content. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills along with hands-on experience in video editing and social media content creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visually appealing graphics for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, advertisements, presentations, and other digital platforms.
- Design engaging posts, banners, creatives, promotional materials, reels, short-form videos, and other visual content.
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Develop creative concepts based on campaign objectives, brand requirements, and target audiences.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and social media teams to develop effective visual campaigns.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, layouts, and overall visual style.
- Adapt designs and video content into different formats and dimensions for various platforms.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, video styles, and creative marketing techniques.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Practical experience with video editing and short-form video/reel creation.
- Knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar software.
- Good understanding of social media design and digital content formats.
- Strong sense of typography, composition, color, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop fresh and engaging content ideas.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and convert concepts into impactful visuals.
- A portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing work is preferred.
