RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for conducting Badminton Coaching Programs- Coach children and adults in a structured manner as per the curriculum
- Conduct classes for beginners and advanced batches
- Guide children for participating in tournaments
- Conduct physical and skills assessment tests for participants
- Coordinate with other staff members to ensure proper communication
KEY COMPETENCIES

Should have played the sport at a good level for atleast 5 years

Must have coaching experience of atleast 2 years
- Coaching Certifications will be an added advantage
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience in working on computers and MS Excel will be an added advantage
