Nature Rich Foods Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting transactions, maintain financial records, and support the finance department. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting software, bookkeeping with strong knowledge of purchase, sales, and voucher entries.
Experience: 3–5 Years
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
Key Responsibilities
- Record Purchase Entries accurately in the accounting system.
- Record Sales Entries and maintain sales registers.
- Pass all accounting Voucher Entries (Journal, Payment, Receipt & Contra).
- Prepare and verify purchase and sales invoices.
- Maintain cash book, bank book, and petty cash records.
- Perform bank reconciliation on a regular basis.
- Maintain vendor and customer ledger accounts.
- Assist in GST data preparation and reconciliation.
- Verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Process payment vouchers and expense reimbursements.
- Assist in monthly closing of books of accounts.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
- Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related matters.
- Support statutory audits and internal audits.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies.
