JOB TITLE: FAMILY & HOUSEHOLD COORDINATOR / PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Location: Kolkata
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Family & Household Coordinator to assist a busy family in managing day-to-day personal and household operations.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable using smartphones, Excel, WhatsApp, Google Calendar, food delivery apps, travel booking platforms, and online shopping websites.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Family Planning & Coordination
- Manage daily family calendar and schedules.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events.
- Maintain reminders for birthdays, school activities, and medical appointments.
- Coordinate drivers, vehicles, and transportation requirements.
2. Travel Management
- Research and assist with flight, hotel, visa, and travel bookings.
- Prepare travel itineraries.
- Maintain travel documents and booking records.
3. Household Management
- Coordinate with domestic staff, drivers, maintenance personnel, and service providers.
- Track household supplies and arrange purchases.
- Manage parcel deliveries, online orders, and returns.
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and vendor visits.
4. Food & Meal Planning
- Prepare weekly meal plans based on family preferences.
- Coordinate grocery purchases.
- Maintain recipe collections.
- Track dietary requirements and preferences.
5. Administrative Support
- Maintain Excel trackers for expenses, subscriptions, deliveries, and household budgets.
- Organize digital documents and records.
- Manage WhatsApp communication with vendors and service providers.
- Conduct internet research when required.
6. Personal Assistance
- Book restaurant reservations.
- Coordinate gifting requirements.
- Handle miscellaneous personal errands and follow-ups.
- Ensure tasks are completed on time and provide regular updates.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate preferred.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Comfortable using Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and smartphones.
- Strong proficiency in using smartphones, mobile applications, email communication, online scheduling tools, ride-booking platforms, food delivery applications, and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent follow-up skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
