1) Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller Executive to promote our digital marketing services, engage potential clients, and convert leads into successful business opportunities. The role focuses on outbound calling, relationship building, and onboarding new customers.
2) Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients (schools, businesses, startups, etc.)
- Introduce and promote digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media, Website, Ads, etc.)
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups
- Explain service benefits and customize offerings based on client needs
- Schedule meetings/demo calls for the sales team
- Maintain and update client database (CRM/Excel)
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
- Handle basic client queries and build long-term relationships
3) Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi; Kannada is a plus)
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
- Ability to handle objections and close deals
- Proficiency in MS Excel / CRM tools
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
4) Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any field (Marketing/Business preferred)
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply

- Number of calls made per day
- Leads generated and qualified
- Conversion rate (lead to client onboarding)
