Job Summary:
We are looking for a presentable and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive to ensure a positive experience for all guests. The candidate will act as the first point of contact and play a key role in maintaining high standards of hospitality and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints efficiently
- Ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience
- Maintain guest records and update relevant information
- Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill guest requirements
- Provide information about services, facilities, and local attractions
- Ensure the reception/front desk area is clean and presentable
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests to enhance satisfaction
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in guest relations, front office, hospitality, or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality with a customer-oriented approach
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field
- Experience in hotels, resorts, corporate offices, or hospitality setups
