We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in coffee preparation, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment. The Barista will be responsible for preparing beverages, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company standards.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment efficiently.
- Greet customers and provide excellent service.
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, workstations, and equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock requirements.
- Ensure food safety and quality standards are maintained.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Assist in displaying bakery items and café products attractively.
- Support team members during peak business hours.
Profile Requirements

- HSC / Graduate in any discipline.
- Certification in Barista Training or Hospitality is an added advantage.
- 0–3 years of experience in a Café, Coffee Shop, Restaurant, or Hotel.
- Freshers with a passion for coffee and hospitality are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and café operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
