Conspace Realty is looking for a confident and energetic Real Estate Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English, be comfortable handling client calls, and be willing to relocate to Kozhikode.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Malayalam is mandatory
- Good communication in English
- Willing to relocate to Coimbatore
- Prior experience in real estate sales is preferred
- Freshers with strong communication and sales interest can also apply
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound client calls
- Explain real estate projects and offerings to clients
- Follow up with leads and prospects
- Maintain client communication records
- Achieve assigned call targets and sales targets
