- Sales & Profitability: Implement strategies to meet sales targets, manage budgets, control costs, and analyze sales data to boost revenue.
- Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, ordering, stocktaking, and minimizing losses.
- Customer Experience: Ensure high customer satisfaction, handle complaints, and train staff on service standards.
- Store Operations: Maintain store appearance, visual merchandising, security, health, and safety compliance.
- Administration: Manage budgets, financial records, and prepare performance reports.
