Candidate RequirementsEducation & Certifications
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to manage, supervise, and execute on-site construction projects. You will be responsible for setting out sites, supervising labor, conducting quality control checks, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations. The ideal candidate possesses excellent problem-solving abilities, strong technical knowledge, and the communication skills required to coordinate effectively with architects, contractors and senior engineer.
1. Site Supervision & Execution
- Direct on-site labor, subcontractors, and foremen to ensure daily targets are met.
- Interpret technical blueprints and resolve any design conflicts or issues on the field.
2. Quality Control & Safety Compliance
- Inspect structural work, including reinforcement steel, shuttering, and concrete pouring.
- Enforce HSE policies strictly to minimize workplace hazards and ensure zero-accident zones.
3. Reporting & Resource Management
- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and communicate milestones to Project Managers.
- Verify measurements and bills submitted by contractors and material vendors.
Technical & Soft Skills
- Proven field experience working on [Project Type, e.g., Residential / Infrastructure] projects.
- Hands-on experience with surveying equipment like Total Station and AutoLevel.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project for tracking design changes and timelines.
- Strong leadership skills to confidently manage and motivate large field crews.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
