1. Job Roles and Responsibilities
1.1. Your responsibilities as Kindergarten Teacher will include, but not limited to:
1.1.1. making lesson plans,
1.1.2. designing learning activities,
1.1.3. executing provided plans and activities without change,
1.1.4. evaluating and assessing the students’ learning and growth,
1.1.5. caring for the students,
1.1.6. interacting with parents at the learning centre, at children’s homes, and PTMs,
1.1.7. maintaining records of each student,
1.1.8. responsibly managing the stock of learning aids and resources.
1.2. You are required to actively participate in and conduct all events that the NGO plans for the students, teams, parents, and community, including any other stakeholders.
1.3. You will also avail mandatory trainings to further enhance your skill set.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
