1. Contract drafting, reviewing and negotiating skills.
2. Marathi Drafting
3. Knowledge of commercial and transactional Law
4. 2 years of experience in litigation matters at civils/ commercial courts
5. candidate should be able to independently draft legal Notice, MOU, POA, NOC, Reply Affidavits in English and Marathi
