Supervise and execute all finishing and interior fit-out activities at site.
- Monitor quality of civil finishing works including flooring, painting, false ceiling, tiling, joinery, and interior installations.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and site teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality and safety standards.
- Prepare daily progress reports and monitor project schedules.
- Verify measurements, bills, and material consumption at site.
- Resolve site execution issues and coordinate for timely closures.
- Ensure proper manpower utilization and material planning.
- Coordinate with MEP, architectural, and civil teams for finishing interface activities.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of interior finishing materials and execution techniques.
- Ability to read drawings and BOQ.
- Strong coordination and site management skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project documentation.
- Understanding of quality control and safety practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
