Job Description:
We are looking for a highly accomplished and result-driven professional for the role of AVP – Sales / Senior Principal Consultant who will join along with an existing team. The candidate will be responsible for driving high-value sales, managing team performance, and handling premium clientele in the Mumbai real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals (along with own team)
- Drive individual as well as team revenue targets
- Handle high-value and luxury real estate clients
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
- Close premium deals and support team in achieving closures
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement
- Build and maintain relationships with HNI clients and investors
- Coordinate with marketing and pre-sales teams for lead generation
Mandatory Requirement:
- Candidate must join along with an active sales team (minimum 4–6 members)
- Proven track record in real estate sales and team performance
- Strong leadership and team retention capability
Key Skills Required:
- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Expertise in luxury/premium real estate sales

Experience:
- 7–12+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales
- Minimum 3–5+ years in leadership/team handling role
Preferred Profile:
- Candidates with an existing performing team
- Strong understanding of Mumbai real estate market
- Experience in luxury residential/commercial sales
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
