Receive incoming materials from vendors; verify against Purchase Orders, delivery challans, and inspection/quality reports.
Maintain accurate physical stock of all items; perform regular stock counts and reconciliations against system records.
Issue materials to project teams and site teams only against approved material requisitions.
Maintain a real-time inventory system with entries for all receipts, issues, returns, and adjustments.
Coordinate with the SCM Executive for planned material requirements and advance delivery scheduling.
Identify and report slow-moving, excess, or damaged stock to the SCM Executive and Project Controller for appropriate action.
Ensure proper labelling, segregation, and storage of all materials including safe handling of hazardous items.
Coordinate with the Office Assistant for material dispatch packing, labelling, and handover to transport.
Prepare and submit monthly stock reports including receipts, issues, and closing balances to the Director.
Maintain the store area in a clean, organised, and safe condition at all times.
Adhere to the MASPL ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System; follow all QMS-defined processes, maintain records and documents as required by the QMS, and support continual improvement of the system.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
