Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient appointments, follow-ups, and scheduling
- Welcome and assist patients with a professional approach
- Handle calls, WhatsApp messages, and patient inquiries
- Process billing and payments accurately
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and other departments
- Maintain patient records and front desk operations
- Encourage patient feedback and Google reviews
Requirements:
- Graduate or equivalent qualification
- 1–2 years of experience in a clinic, healthcare, wellness, or hospitality setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and billing software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
