Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Nursing Aides / Patient Care Assistants to support nursing staff in delivering high-quality patient care. The candidate will assist patients with daily activities, maintain a clean and safe healthcare environment, and contribute to eco-friendly healthcare practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as feeding, mobility, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Support nursing staff in patient care and monitoring.
- Transport patients safely within the hospital when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in patient rooms and care areas.
- Assist in preparing beds and patient care equipment.
- Record and report patient observations to nurses.
- Follow infection control and safety protocols.
- Support environmentally sustainable practices by reducing waste and promoting responsible resource usage.
- Provide compassionate care and ensure patient comfort.
Required Qualifications
- MPHW(Multi Purpose Health worker)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
