Job Summary
We are hiring Payment Posting / Cash Posting professionals for US Healthcare RCM operations in Nashik. Candidates with experience in US Healthcare, RCM, Medical Billing, Insurance Claims, Payment Posting, Cash Posting, or International Billing processes are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Payment Posting / Cash Posting activities for US Healthcare accounts.
- Process and post insurance and patient payments accurately.
- Handle ERA/EOB and payment-related transactions.
- Reconcile payments against claims and patient accounts.
- Review insurance payments, denials, adjustments, and discrepancies.
- Maintain accuracy and productivity as per process requirements.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment-related activities as required.
- Follow process SOPs, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment and claim-related issues.
Required Skills
- 0 – 2 Years of relevant experience.
- Experience in US Healthcare / Healthcare RCM / Medical Billing / Insurance Claims is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in International Processes involving billing, invoicing, or payment processing can also be considered.
- Good understanding of Payment Posting / Cash Posting.
- Knowledge of ERA, EOB, insurance payments, and claim reconciliation will be an advantage.
- Good communication and basic analytical skills.
- Good keyboard skills and typing accuracy.
- Comfortable working in 24×7 rotational shifts.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week with a rotational weekly off.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
