Job Title: Sales Manager (B2B Software Development)
About Us: Welcome to Nexix Technology! We are a growing software development company specializing in building custom digital solutions for businesses. We're looking for a hungry, results-driven Sales Manager to help us expand our client base and drive revenue.
The Role: You will be the bridge between our technical team and businesses that need custom software solutions. You'll hunt for new B2B leads, pitch our services, and close deals.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and target new B2B clients who need software development services.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Conduct discovery calls and present solutions to decision-makers.
- Maintain strong relationships to drive repeat business.
What You Bring:
- Proven B2B sales experience (IT services, software, or tech agency experience is a huge plus).
- Strong understanding of how to sell digital products or technical services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A self-starting attitude and the drive to hit targets.
Compensation:
- 20% commission on every finalized deal. (This is a highly lucrative, performance-based compensation structure).
