Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Automation Test Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions to ensure high-quality software delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and CI/CD practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Automation Coverage
- Increase regression automation coverage across applications
- Identify and prioritize test cases for automation
- Script Stability
- Develop stable, reusable, and maintainable automation scripts
- Perform regular script reviews and improvements
- Execution Efficiency
- Optimize regression test execution time
- Ensure efficient test suite execution with minimal manual intervention
- Defect Detection
- Identify, log, and track defects effectively
- Ensure early defect detection before production release
- CI/CD Integration
- Integrate automation test suites into CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for seamless deployment validation
- Framework Enhancement
- Contribute to improving and scaling the automation framework
- Implement best practices and new tools for test automation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and QA methodologies
- Hands-on experience in automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript)
- Experience with API testing (Postman, Rest Assured, etc.)
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
- Understanding of version control systems (Git)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience in performance testing tools is a plus
- Knowledge of BDD frameworks (Cucumber, SpecFlow, etc.)
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
