About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and tech-savvy STEM Trainer with 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspiring young minds by simplifying complex concepts in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics through hands-on learning and interactive projects.
Key Responsibilities
Instructional Delivery:
Conduct engaging sessions on Robotics, Coding, Electronics, and DIY Science experiments for school students.
Hands-on Mentoring:
Guide students in building projects using kits like Arduino, Raspberry Pi, LEGO, or basic electronic components.
Curriculum Implementation: Execute pre-designed lesson plans effectively while ensuring students grasp the core logic behind each activity.
Workshop Leadership: Organize and lead STEM-based workshops, boot camps, and school competitions.
Student Assessment:
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage creative problem-solving.
Inventory Management:
Maintain and manage the STEM lab equipment, ensuring all tools and components are in working order.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (ECE, EEE, Mech, CSE) or B.Sc/M.Sc in Physics, Electronics, or Computer Science.
Experience:
Minimum 6 months - 1 year of experience as a STEM Trainer, Robotics Instructor, or Technical Mentor.
Technical Proficiency:
Solid understanding of basic Electronics and Circuit Designing.
Familiarity with Robotics platforms (e.g., Arduino, Micro:bit) and Sensors.
Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Scratch, Python, or C/C++.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English and [Insert Local Language]. Ability to manage a classroom and keep students energized.
