Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive with 3–5 years of experience in Management Information Systems (MIS), preferably in the US Healthcare RCM industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating, maintaining, and analyzing operational and business reports, ensuring data accuracy, and providing actionable insights to support management decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc MIS reports for operations and management.
- Develop and automate dashboards, trackers, and performance reports using Excel and other reporting tools.
- Analyze operational metrics such as productivity, quality, attendance, billing performance, collections, and denial management.
- Validate data accuracy and ensure consistency across multiple reports and databases.
- Generate client-specific reports and internal management reports as per business requirements.
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Training, HR, and Finance teams to gather and analyze data.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare presentations and management reports for leadership review meetings.
- Maintain data repositories and ensure timely report delivery.
- Support process improvement initiatives through data analysis and reporting automation.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company data security policies.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, Macros preferred).
- Experience in preparing operational dashboards and performance reports.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of data validation, data management, and reporting processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple reporting requirements and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in US Healthcare RCM (Medical Billing, AR, Payment Posting, Denial Management, Charge Entry, etc.) preferred. Not Mandatory.
- Any IT related Experience is also acceptable.
- Basic SQL knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Experience in report automation and process optimization.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in Excel, Power BI, or Data Analytics will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
