The Tendering Manager will be responsible for managing the complete tendering process for interior fit-out and turnkey projects across India. The role involves identifying opportunities, analysing tender documents, coordinating with internal teams, preparing techno-commercial bids, and ensuring timely submission of competitive proposals aligned with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities Tender Management
- Monitor and identify tender opportunities from government, private, and corporate sectors.
- Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, specifications, and contractual requirements.
- Assess project feasibility, risks, and commercial viability before bid participation.
- Prepare bid qualification documents and tender compliance reports.
Estimation & Costing
- Lead quantity take-offs and cost estimation for interior fit-out projects.
- Prepare detailed cost sheets, rate analysis, and project budgets.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure accurate pricing based on project scope, market trends, and company margins.
Bid Preparation & Submission
- Coordinate with design, procurement, projects, finance, and legal teams for bid inputs.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals as per tender requirements.
- Ensure timely submission of bids with complete documentation.
- Maintain tender schedules and submission trackers.
Contract Review & Negotiation
- Review contractual terms and conditions.
- Identify commercial, financial, and operational risks in tender documents.
- Support management during bid clarification meetings and negotiations.
- Assist in finalizing contracts and work orders after award.
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with project teams to gather technical inputs and execution strategies.
- Support business development initiatives and prequalification submissions.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain tender database, bid records, and project cost benchmarks.
- Generate reports on bid status, success rates, and market opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
- MBA or PG Diploma in Project Management is an added advantage.
Experience
- 8–15 years of experience in tendering, estimation, and commercial management within interior fit-out, turnkey contracting, or construction industries.
- Experience handling large-scale corporate, commercial, retail, hospitality, and government interior projects.
- Proven track record of managing Pan-India tender submissions.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials, execution methodologies, and BOQ preparation.
- Expertise in quantity surveying, estimation, and cost control.
- Understanding of tendering procedures, contract administration, and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, ERP systems, and estimation software.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
