Accountant – Job Responsibilities & Requirements
Position: Accountant
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate Sales E-Invoices
- Generate E-Way Bills
- Maintain Purchase Records
- Payment Follow-up with Clients and Customers
- Maintain Ledger Books and Accounting Records
- Material Purchase Coordination
- Prepare and Manage Purchase Orders
- Maintain Dispatch Details and Records
- Client Handling and Customer Coordination
- Proper Record Keeping and Documentation
Skills Required:
- Basic Knowledge of GST Billing & E-Way Bill Portal
- Knowledge of Tally / ERP Software
- Good Communication and Follow-up Skills
- Knowledge of Purchase & Dispatch Documentation
- Strong Record Maintenance and Documentation Skills
- Basic MS Excel Knowledge
Preferred Candidate:
- Commerce Graduate Preferred
- Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience
- Ability to handle day-to-day accounts independently
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
