Role and Responsibilities:
- Should be able to relate well with Handysolver as an organisation and be willing to contribute to its growth and expansion. - Should be able to understand organisational objectives very well and convert them into actionable goals for self. - Figure out the need for talent within the organisation and accordingly draft job descriptions, can be different from the usual market roles at times. - Should be able to figure out good job portals suited for the position at hand and post the position there accordingly, also maintain the post and interact, screen. - Efficient at scheduling various rounds of interviews between team members and candidates and handling selection-related calls. - Should be capable of conducting the HR round herself/himself. - Quick and efficient at assisting in scheduling and organising team events, meets and activities. - Adept at digital note-making and daily progress report-making with respect to job posts, response, screening and interviews conducted. - Assist in ensuring team members are following protocols, and organise HR-related calls with team members for the same if need be. - Assist in managing the entire cycle from recognising open positions to creating job posts, selection, onboarding and relieving. - Be open to contributing to other tasks at hand if need be.
Requirement(s):
- Must have at least a Bachelor's degree, incase of Masters's, specialisation in HR will be preferred. - Fluent in both oral and written communication. - Should be comfortable with MS Office tools like Word, Excel and PowerPoint. - Should be an out-of-the-box thinker. - Should have the knack of understanding a candidate’s natural flair and potential and map them accordingly with the right opportunities/openings. - Should be a team player and a strong culture fit with Handysolver. - Looking for a warm, pleasing and presentable personality that can represent Handysolver well.
