Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems and IT infrastructure
- Handle hardware and software installation, updates, and issues
- Manage internet connectivity, LAN/WAN, and network troubleshooting
- Provide technical support to staff for system-related problems
- Monitor system performance and ensure smooth operations
- Maintain IT equipment and electronic devices
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of computer systems and operating systems
- Strong understanding of hardware and software
- Knowledge of internet setup and network troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of electronic devices and office IT equipment
- Knowledge of RAM, ROM, processor, and computer components
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Qualifications:
MCA / BCA / Diploma in IT or related field
Locations:- Near Sita bardi metro station in front of haldiram Glocal mall first floor Sita bardi Nagpur.
