- Manage Dialer Strategies.

- Demonstrate leadership skills with experience managing 5-10 Teams.

- Strong focus on Customer Service.
- Strong Employee Retention capabilities.
- At least 2 years of experience as an AM-Operations.
- 5 years of experience in the BPO business. Prior third party/first party collections experience.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including ability to organize and manage human resources to attain goals.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
- Preferred Qualification – Any Graduate.
