Job Description – Extruder Injection Head Operator
- Operate and monitor extrusion injection head machines for manufacturing pipes and fittings products.
- Set and adjust machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, speed, and heating settings for smooth production operations.
- Ensure product quality by checking pipe dimensions, thickness, surface finish, and identifying production defects.
- Perform die changing, extrusion head cleaning, and basic machine troubleshooting during production activities.
- Maintain daily production targets while minimizing rejection, machine downtime, and raw material wastage.
- Follow safety guidelines, maintain housekeeping, and ensure proper handling of machines and production materials.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance departments for efficient and continuous manufacturing processes.
