Seamless Speciality Foods & Beverages is a global player in food & beverage import–export, delivering instant meals, snacks, cereals, and beverages across borders with strong logistics and supply-chain excellence. We are expanding our finance team and looking for a hands-on Senior Finance Executive to manage end-to-end accounting and compliance operations.
Role Summary
The Senior Finance Executive will independently handle accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, MIS reporting, and audit coordination, with strong exposure to supplier-side accounting.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end accounting & book closure
- Finalization of P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow
- Accounts Payable & Receivable management
- Vendor invoicing, reconciliation & payments
- Client billing, collections & aging reports
- GST & TDS compliance and filings
- Payroll accounting (PF, ESI, PT provisions)
- Bank & ledger reconciliations
- Monthly / quarterly MIS reporting
- Coordination with auditors & statutory authorities
Required Skills
- Finalization of Accounts
- GST (GSTR-1, 3B, 9, 2A reconciliation)
- TDS & statutory compliance
- AP / AR management
- MIS & financial analysis
- Payroll accounting
- Audit coordination
- Tools: Tally Prime | Zoho Books | MS Excel
