· Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and growth plans.
· Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across all functions and levels.
· Build a strong employer branding strategy to attract quality talent.
· Develop manpower planning and workforce budgeting in coordination with department heads.
· Design and implement performance management systems, KRAs, KPIs, and appraisal processes.
· Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives.
· Establish learning & development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
· Oversee employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, promotion, and exit management processes.
· Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
· Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
· Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, and conflict resolution.
· Develop and update HR policies, SOPs, employee handbooks, and workplace guidelines.
· Monitor workforce productivity and recommend organizational improvements.
· Collaborate with Production, Merchandising, Sales, Accounts, and Operations teams to address manpower and performance requirements.
· Lead succession planning and identify future leadership talent within the organization.
· Establish employee recognition and reward programs to improve motivation and retention.
· Manage HR audits and ensure proper maintenance of employee records and documentation.
· Prepare and present HR MIS, dashboards, attrition reports, hiring reports, and workforce analytics to management.
· Drive HR automation and HRMS implementation for improved process efficiency.
· Support management in organizational restructuring, expansion plans, and change management initiatives.
· Represent the HR function during client audits, compliance audits, and external inspections when required.
· Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, productivity, and continuous improvement.
· Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on people-related matters and organizational development.
Pay: ₹15,513.59 - ₹54,471.50 per month
