We are searching for a talented social media manager to represent our company by building a social media presence for our brands. The social media manager will be required to run advertising campaigns and drive engagement by creating high-quality original content. They drives a brand's online presence by developing strategies, curating and creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics. They foster community engagement, build brand awareness, and ensure messaging aligns with overarching business goals.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Design and implement social media plans tailored to different platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X) to align with business and marketing goals.
- Content Creation & Curation: Plan editorial calendars, write copy, and collaborate with design or video teams to create engaging text, image, and video content.
- Community Management: Monitor channels, respond to comments and messages, and manage brand reputation.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like engagement, reach, and conversions, and generate reports to share data-driven insights.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay current with algorithm changes, emerging trends, and social SEO best practices to maximize organic traction.
- Paid Campaigns (Optional): Assist with or oversee paid social advertising, boosting posts, and managing budgets.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Platform Fluency: Deep understanding of how social networks operate and how to tailor content for specific audiences.
- Copywriting & Communication: Ability to write clear, compelling, and on-brand messaging.
- Data Literacy: Experience using analytics and social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite).
- Project Management: Highly organized with a knack for managing time-sensitive editorial calendars.
- Experience: Typically requires 3–5 years of proven digital marketing or social media experience.
Standard Requirements (Education & Tools)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Creative Tools: Familiarity with design and editing tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut.
- AI Familiarity: Utilizing tools and prompt engineering for content brainstorming, scheduling, or reporting
Social Media Manager Responsibilities:
- Running company social media advertising campaigns.

- Coaching employees company-wide on content creation best practices.
Social Media Manager Requirements:
- Social media marketing experience.
- Experience in SEO.
- Experience developing social media strategies.
- Experience working with and developing a marketing plan.
- Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform.
- Proven ability to build social media communities.
- Understanding of graphic design principles.
