- Prepare and maintain formulation and production plans based on customer orders and production requirements.
- Convert sales orders/production requirements into detailed formulation and material plans.
- Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials) and verify raw-material requirements for each formulation.
- Calculate material requirements based on batch size, production quantity, and approved formulation.
- Coordinate with R&D/Formulation, Production, Quality, Stores, and Procurement teams.
- Check availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and other production inputs.
- Raise material requirements and coordinate with procurement for timely availability.
- Prepare and monitor MRP (Material Requirement Planning).
- Prepare production schedules and ensure adherence to planned timelines.
- Monitor batch-wise production and formulation status.
- Ensure formulations are prepared according to approved specifications and customer requirements.
- Coordinate formulation changes, revisions, and approvals with the concerned departments.
- Maintain accurate records of formulations, BOMs, production plans, and material requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and identify shortages or excess stock.
- Follow up on material shortages and take corrective action to avoid production delays.
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly PPIC reports and production status reports.
- Update ERP systems with formulation, BOM, production, and material-planning information.
- Support capacity planning and optimize production schedules.
- Identify bottlenecks and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company procedures and quality standards.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
