Sales Strategy & Planning
* Develop a Targeted Outreach Plan: Create a comprehensive, area-specific plan to target local businesses, corporate offices, gated residential communities, and high-density apartment complexes within the club's catchment area.
* Establish Sales Funnel: Design and manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, from initial lead generation (cold calls/visits) through to membership enrollment and final payment collection.
* Target Setting: Work with club management to set realistic but challenging weekly and monthly membership sales targets (both individual and bulk/corporate).
* Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on all sales activities, pipeline status, conversion rates, and performance against targets on a regular basis (daily/weekly).
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
* Conduct daily outdoor sales visits (e.g., cold calling on corporates/HR managers, setting up information tables at community events/lobbies).
* Research and identify key decision-makers (HR Managers, Wellness Coordinators, Community Association Boards) for corporate/bulk sales opportunities.
Presentation & Pitching:
* Deliver persuasive and professional sales presentations tailored to the specific needs of the prospective client (e.g., focusing on employee wellness for a corporate, or family amenities for a gated community).
* Clearly articulate the unique value proposition of the club, focusing on pre-opening benefits and membership tiers.
Negotiation & Closing:
* Handle pricing discussions, membership package options, and negotiate terms for bulk agreements.
* Take the lead in overcoming objections and effectively closing sales to convert prospects into paying members.
Documentation: Ensure all membership applications, corporate agreements, and related paperwork are accurately completed and submitted promptly.
* Partnership Building: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key contacts in target organizations and residential communities to ensure ongoing sales and renewals.
* Event Coordination: Organize and host club information sessions, presentations, and wellness days at target corporate/community locations to generate immediate leads.
* Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from prospective clients regarding membership structure, pricing, and club offerings to inform future sales strategy and product development.
