· Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media
· Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales
· Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers
· Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
· Research about ongoing market trends and potential
· Follow up on leads and nurture them through the sales funnel
· Coordinate with marketing and other teams to improve lead quality
