Key Responsibilities:
* Manage multiple retail store execution projects across India simultaneously
* Coordinate with vendors, contractors, procurement teams, site supervisors, and internal stakeholders
* Read and interpret drawings, layouts, dimensions, BOQs, and technical documentation accurately
* Oversee site execution and track progress against timelines
* Handle procurement follow-ups, escalations, and execution bottlenecks proactively
* Provide regular reporting and updates directly to founders
* Coordinate with on-site teams across different cities and ensure smooth project delivery
* Identify issues early and drive practical, solution-oriented outcomes
This role may NOT be suitable if you require constant supervision, struggle with follow-ups, cannot manage pressure, or are uncomfortable handling multiple moving parts at once.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month
