Job Description – Admin Cum Receptionist
Roles & Responsibilities
Reception & Front Desk
- Welcome and greet visitors, clients, vendors, employees, and Directors professionally.
- Handle phone calls, emails, couriers, and visitor records.
- Maintain meeting room schedules.
- Ensure the reception area is clean and organised.
Office & Cabin Management
- Check Directors’ cabins every morning before office hours.
- Ensure water bottles are filled for Directors and employees.
- Arrange flowers and coordinate pooja arrangements.
- Ensure cabins, meeting rooms, and office areas are clean and properly maintained.
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff for regular and deep cleaning.
Meeting & Calendar Coordination
- Manage Directors’ calendars and meeting schedules.
- Send reminders for meetings to Directors and attendees.
- Arrange tea/coffee during meetings and check hospitality requirements if meetings are extended.
- Ensure meeting rooms are properly organised after meetings.
Administration
- Handle daily office administration work.
- Manage stationery, pantry items, and office supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, maintenance, and office requirements.
- Maintain office records, bills, petty cash, and admin expenses.
- Support travel and logistics arrangements when required.
- Ensure company policies and office procedures are followed.
Employee Coordination
- Take feedback from employees regarding tea/coffee services.
- Maintain birthday records of employees, investors, and Directors and share reminders with Management 2 days in advance.
Key Skills & Competencies
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Professional appearance and etiquette.
· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
· Strong coordination, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Qualification & Experience
· Education: HSC / Graduate in any discipline
· Experience: 1–4 years (Fresher’s with good communication skills may be considered)
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
