Job Summary
Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales Officer to join their Solar Division. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead management, quotation preparation, client coordination, and CRM management. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain accurate sales records while supporting the sales team in driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and qualify inbound and outbound sales leads.
- Prepare and share accurate quotations with prospective clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Ensure accurate CRM data entry, reporting, and database management.
- Generate sales reports and analyze lead conversion data.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for timely customer support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Track customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up on pending opportunities.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales or sales coordination.
- Experience in lead management, quotation preparation, and client follow-ups.
- Strong knowledge of CRM software, data entry, reporting, and analytics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
