Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive with prior experience in the Solar Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective customers, conducting site visits, understanding customer requirements, and converting opportunities into successful sales for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Meet potential customers and explain the benefits of solar energy solutions.
- Conduct site surveys and collect technical information for project feasibility.
- Prepare and present customized solar proposals and quotations.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the technical and project execution teams for smooth project implementation.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Keep up to date with solar products, government subsidy schemes, and market trends.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM or reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline (Technical background preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Solar EPC/Residential/Commercial Solar Sales.
- Good understanding of rooftop and ground-mounted solar systems.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel extensively.

- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Knowledge of net metering and government solar policies is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
