At least 4 years of development or production support experience in Dot Net, Oracle PL SQL 2. Strong background in software development & maintenance to support business requirements and projects 3. Ability to debug code for complex issues, Data trouble shooting 4. Strong Communication, Coordination & Customer interaction skills. 5. Very good understanding of Incident management lifecycle and adherence to SLAs 6. Willing to work in shift model 7. Self-learner, Initiative Proactiveness Problem Solving skills
