Role Overview
Upsource Global is seeking a high-impact Senior Bid Manager / Presales Lead to drive end-to-end bid strategy and execution across application development, infrastructure services, cloud, and digital transformation engagements.
This role is critical in shaping winning proposals, solution narratives, and commercial strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams to convert opportunities into business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Bid & Proposal Management
· Own the end-to-end bid lifecycle: opportunity qualification → solutioning → proposal submission → client presentations
· Lead RFP / RFI / RFQ responses, ensuring compliance, quality, and differentiation
· Develop bid strategies, win themes, and executive narratives aligned to client priorities
Presales & Solutioning
· Collaborate with sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to define optimal solutions
· Translate business requirements into technical and commercial proposals
· Support effort estimation, pricing models, and deal structuring
Stakeholder & Governance Management
· Drive coordination across sales, delivery, finance, legal, and leadership teams
· Manage bid timelines, risks, dependencies, and review cadences
· Conduct storyboarding sessions and proposal reviews to ensure alignment
Content & Knowledge Management
· Build and maintain proposal repositories, reusable assets, case studies, and templates
· Ensure continuous improvement in proposal quality, consistency, and turnaround time
Qualifications & Experience
· 10+ years of experience in Bid Management / Presales / Proposal Management
· Proven track record in IT services bids (App Development, Support, Cloud, Infrastructure, Digital)
· Strong exposure to global clients (EMEA/US / Europe markets preferred)
· Experience handling large and complex deals
Skills & Competencies
· Strong business writing and proposal structuring skills
· Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination
· Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple bids simultaneously
· Strong understanding of pricing models (T&M, Fixed Price, Managed Services)
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
