Redex Global is actively looking for an MIS Intern to join the Turbhe, Navi Mumbai Team.
Overview:
Join our team, where you will be at the forefront of building and maintaining our MIS and ERP system. As a leading Export House, we provide White Labelling, packaging, consolidation, local market insight solutions to global Importers, Super stockists, Retail chain giants, Manufacturers and Traders around the world, driven by values of precision, efficiency, innovation, and excellence. As an MIS intern, you will take ownership of System Architecture, requirement gathering and documentation, implementation and documentation of the MIS and ERP systems. You will be responsible for ensuring that the architecture, design, and implementation of our products are scalable and maintainable. You will also play a crucial role in collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve technical challenges and deliver holistic solutions that align with both business needs and technical requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and performant codewhile adhering to best practices and accessibility standards.
- Contribute to scalable and modular architecture: Build reusable component libraries and collaborate on design systems aligned with business goals.
· Code Documentation: High-level and low-level design documents should be created, for ease of reference and requirement traceability.
· Collaboration: Work closely with external experts and do rapid prototyping, ensuring alignment on requirements, designs, implementation, and timelines.

Qualifications:
- B.Sc, M.Sc, BCA, MCA
- Advance Excel: leveraging complex functions, data modelling, automation, and visualization to handle massive datasets, streamline workflows, and drive business intelligence, building dynamic dashboards, automating repetitive tasks macros, and analysing data trends with PivotTables.
- Power BI: creating interactive executive dashboards, automating financial reporting, tracking sales performance, optimizing supply chain logistics, and performing HR analytics.
