Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Content Creator with excellent Hindi communication skills to create engaging and relatable content for our audience. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking on camera or audio, generating content ideas, following trends, and creating content that encourages user participation and engagement on the Voice Club platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging Hindi content for Voice Club across audio, video, and social media formats.
- Develop creative content ideas based on trending topics, audience interests, and platform campaigns.
- Record voice-based content, promotional messages, and engagement activities in Hindi.
- Collaborate with the marketing and community teams to execute content strategies.
- Write scripts, captions, and promotional content in Hindi.
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on audience response.
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral content formats, and audience preferences.
- Maintain content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content.
- Write scripts in Hindi.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent spoken and written Hindi communication skills.
- Strong creativity and storytelling abilities.
- Comfortable creating audio and video content.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
- Ability to engage audiences through voice and conversational content.
- Basic video editing or content creation skills will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Content Creator, Anchor, Host, Influencer, Community Manager, or Social Media Executive.
- Experience creating content for social media, audio platforms, podcasts, or live communities.
- Knowledge of audience engagement strategies and community-building techniques.
- Ability to communicate in English alongside Hindi is a plus.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
