Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Mathematics Teacher (PRT) to teach students from Classes I to V. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of mathematical concepts at the primary level, a passion for teaching, and the ability to create an engaging and supportive learning environment in alignment with CBSE curriculum standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Math lessons to students of Classes III–V as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Design and implement lesson plans that are aligned with learning objectives and curriculum standards.
- Use a variety of instructional strategies, learning materials, and resources to meet students' diverse learning needs.
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and provide feedback.
- Maintain student records including grades, attendance, and behavior.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that promotes discipline, inclusivity, and mutual respect.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and other collaborative school activities.
- Use digital tools and educational technology (e.g., smart boards, online platforms) to enhance teaching and learning.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated with best practices in teaching and pedagogy.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- B.Ed.
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school at the primary level preferred.
- Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum and teaching methodologies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching young learners.
- Creativity in lesson planning and classroom management.
- Proficiency in English and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience using activity-based learning and concept-based teaching.
- Ability to manage both online and offline teaching formats.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
