We are looking for candidates for the following positions:
1. Maths / Physics / Chemistry Teachers
Face-to-face classes for 8th to 12th, CBSE, State, NEET / IIT-JEE Foundation.
Salary: Hourly basis (250 per hour)
2. Business Development Officer / Course Counsellor
Duties include course counselling, parent communication, enquiry follow-up, local marketing, and bringing new admissions.
Salary: Fixed salary + admission incentives
We are looking for a Business Development Officer cum Course Counsellor to promote our courses and increase student admissions.
Job Responsibilities
Speak with students and parents
Explain IDK courses clearly
Follow up enquiries through phone and WhatsApp
Convert enquiries into admissions
Promote courses in Kollengode and nearby areas
Visit schools, shops, tuition areas, and local contacts if required
Maintain enquiry and admission records
Support social media and local marketing activities
Help increase admissions for tuition, NEET, IIT-JEE, NIOS, BOSSE, IELTS, research support, technical courses, and abroad education services
Required Skills
Good communication skill
Confidence to speak with parents and students
Ability to convince people politely
Basic computer and WhatsApp handling skill
Malayalam and English communication preferred
Experience in education, sales, marketing, counselling, or admission work will be an advantage
Food and room will be provided for relocated Candidates, Teaching couples with Marketing skills are encouraged to apply
Salary
Fixed monthly salary + admission incentives
Incentives will be given based on confirmed admissions and monthly performance.
